Join me on the mat for a 7 week long course incorporating a restorative asana class alongside some of my favorite evening rituals to add into your daily routine.
We'll meet every Tuesday evening from 8:30pm-10:00pmEST(5:30-7:00pmPST) starting April 7 until May19.
I'll help you use props you already have at home to melt into gentle yoga poses alongside simple evening rituals I love, like breathing practices, guided meditations, tea recipes, journaling prompts and more.
